List your Project in the Current Projects Forum by completing the 'What Are You Creating?' form. It's been designed to help you think through your project, so is a useful exercise in itself.
Contact potential Team Members. You can find them categorized under 'Talents'. When you contact them by email, reference your Project name so that they can check out the details before responding. Of course, you are also free to contact existing friends and colleagues who may not have heard of OneTribe but would like to work alongside you and have some fun:-)
Use the Resources Forum to source any resources your project will need

Leadership is an act of pure creation, bringing something into existence that didn't exist before. The seed of each Project is an initial idea that inspires you. Perhaps you already have one. If not, try surfing through the Project Ideas Forum. Perhaps you'll find something you can implement 'off-the-shelf'. Maybe you'll combine pieces of two different ideas to come up with an even better one. And maybe, in the process, you'll come up with other ideas that you don't want to implement, but log in the Forum anyway for someone else to use …
